Free national delivery generally applies to our Vuly, Springfree and BERG product ranges within our standard delivery network.

Your order will be delivered to the front of your property or another safe, agreed delivery point. Our drivers are not required to move items beyond this location.
Yes. The delivery point must be easily accessible using a trolley. This means the access path should be clear, level and free from obstacles.
No. For safety reasons, our drivers do not carry heavy or bulky items up or down stairs or over difficult terrain. If safe access is not available, the delivery may need to be completed at an alternative location or rescheduled.
No. Our drivers are not permitted to enter homes. Deliveries are completed at the agreed delivery point only.
Once your order has been delivered to the agreed delivery point, it is the customer's responsibility to move the item to its final location.
Please ensure the access path is clear of vehicles, toys, garden equipment, pets and any other obstacles that could prevent safe access.
Our drivers may refuse or modify a delivery if they believe the access or delivery location is unsafe. This includes steep slopes, uneven ground, poor lighting, hazardous weather, unsecured pets or any condition that could cause injury.
Our drivers can only deliver to locations that can be accessed safely using approved manual handling techniques and equipment. Requests that create a safety risk cannot be accommodated.
If someone is required to receive the delivery and no one is available, we may leave the item in a safe location where appropriate or arrange another delivery, depending on the type of order.
These requirements help protect both our customers and our drivers. They also help ensure your order arrives safely while allowing us to comply with workplace health and safety obligations.
