Click & collect is by appointment only. Please contact the Instant Fun team and wait for us to confirm your pickup before travelling. Our warehouse pickup point is not a walk-in showroom.
How to arrange your pickup
- Contact us. Text 0482 089 892 (preferred), call 0482 089 892 or email sales@instantfun.com.au. Tell us the product you want to collect or your order number, and your preferred collection day. Ask us to confirm that collection is available for your item.
- Wait for confirmation. We will confirm when your item is ready, the pickup location and your agreed collection time. An order confirmation on its own is not a collection appointment. Do not travel until our team has confirmed your pickup.
- Plan for bulky boxes. For cubby houses, trampolines or other large items, ask our team for the packed number of boxes, dimensions and weights before choosing a vehicle. Please check that your vehicle can safely carry the boxes and ask in advance if you need to discuss loading arrangements.
- Collect at the agreed time. Bring your order details and follow the location and pickup instructions given in your confirmation.

Our contact page lists appointment-only click & collect at c/- ARAMEX, 294 Treasure Rd N, Welshpool, WA. Instant Fun uses more than one Welshpool warehouse, so please use the exact location our team confirms for your order. Please do not arrive without an appointment.
