We have designated a local delivery zone for  the Perth Metropolitan Region for big and bulky items which are not normally sold online.  If you live in Perth we are able to drop toys off to your door at little cost, so we want to make sure that you can get the lowest prices possible.  Of course anyone can purchase from any other category on our website.

Can I Change / Cancel My Order? – You can change your order up to the point it has been dispatched.  Once you have made your payment your order will be processed.  Once you have paid but you wish to cancel, simply email us as soon as possible at sales@instantfun.com.au and we will endeavour to cancel the order before it is dispatched.  Please refer to our returns policy for further information.

Out of Stock – If an item you have purchased is out-of-stock when we pack your order, the purchase amount will be refunded.  Alternatively, we will contact you and advise when new stock will be available.

Email Notification – When you purchase a toy from us, you will be automatically included on our mail-out list and receive our regular newsletters advising of new toys, promotions and sales.  If you don’t want to receive our newsletters on an on-going basis, simply click on the ‘unsubscribe’ button on the bottom of the first newsletter you receive.
