Our returns policy

Thank you for shopping at Instant Fun Online Toys. We are all about children having fun.  We care about our customers and we can’t image anyone buying a toy from us that leads to disappointment.  So if the item delivered is faulty*, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, Instant Fun Online Toys will give you a full refund and cover the delivery costs to return the item to us. Simply follow the instructions below.

  1. Contact us first at sales@instantfun.com.au and let us know about the problem.  Where possible send photos.
  2. We will choose whether you need to return the item back to us or whether we will simply refund your money.
  3. If you need to return the item, repackage it, include your tax invoice from Instant Fun and enclose your receipt for repackaging and Australia Post postage costs.
  4. Return the item to us at PO Box 1001, SUBIACO WA 6904.

You must notify us of the problem within 30 days of the purchase date.

In relation to VULY products – all warranty claims should be forwarded directly to Vuly so they can keep their finger on the pulse of their product and know what to address in future product development.  Please attach a copy of your proof of purchase and forward this, along with photos of the issue and the batch number on the end of the box, if you have it, to warranty@vulytrampolines.com and they will deal directly with you on this matter.  You can also call them on 1300667514.   They are usually extremely prompt to rectify any issues arising with their product. Change of Mind If you want to return an item, simply because you have changed your mind, we are still happy to refund your purchase price but not the cost of repackaging and posting the item back to us.  A $10 admin and restocking fee will apply. A refund will only be granted if you have returned your tax invoice with the item.  All items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.  Products must not have been assembled or played with. Installation Cancellation Installations that have been refused when installers are booked will incur a $5 admin charge if refund is requested.
